This is sometimes known in the world of mountain bikes as a fork bushing burnishing tool. I call it a bushing sizing tool. This is what increases the clearance between your bushings and your stanchions. The idea is to reduce friction and get good small bump compliance.
This is an automatic sizing tool that attaches to your hand drill. It makes the laborious task of bushing sizing much faster and easier. It features positive engagement with your drill chuck jaws so it never loosens during use. The automatic sizing heads engage with the tool using a square drive. Your drill chuck has to accept ½” or 13mm drills in order for this system to work.
